Build Your Own Basin a project through Watershed Management Group in which you can learn the basics of basin building, the fundamentals of passive rainwater harvesting, and receive all the materials you need to build your own basin at home!

The goal of this program is to empower you to build your own basins with your own community. WMG will provide educational material and plants for your basin, so please RSVP at the link below in order to have plants set aside for you.

We will specifically cover:

• Step by step how to build a basin

We’ll provide:

• a tree
• a shrub
• two grasses
• wildflower seeds
• A bag of mulch
• BYOB zine
• water
• first aid kit

Make sure to bring your own:

• water bottles
• hat
• gloves
• cardboard box for plants
• closed toed shoes
